Before there are any questions raised about the cover art of The Gaze LP, here is what I can tell you...... I have been a Christ follower for a long time. There is a saying the eyes are the window to the soul. That is why when you see my eye in this photo (yes, it is my eye) you see a cross reflected. I was bought with a price. Jesus rules my art and my heart. This cd is called The Gaze LP. Based on 2 Corinthians 4:16-18. The NLT version actually uses the word gaze! There is an old hymn that says it another way, "Turn your eyes upon Jesus, look full on His wonderful face, and the things of the earth will grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace!"
I realize that people will have opinions and make assumptions but this truly is my reason behind the art work of my project. The only affiliation I want or will ever want is to be identified with Christ as one of his followers! Blessings
